THE PROCESS

  • Find the Session You love ⮕ Pick a time ⮕ Hit Submit

    You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day! This proposal allows you to sign your contract and secure your session date/time with a deposit!

    Unpaid sessions will be released back to the public calendar within 48hrs of no deposit.

  • Begin piecing together outfits! When searching, try to avoid clothing with large logos, busy patterns, or neon colors.

    Choose pieces that you feel good in! & Send a text if you need help choosing :)

    Every session has a photo inspiration link that shows different clothing styles and colors - don't be afraid to take a peek!

  • ⮕ Finalize your outfit choices and accessories 💅🏼

    ⮕ Take care of any outstanding balances 💰

    ⮕ Check for any special instructions or updates in your email 📀

  • The address and parking instructions will be located in your email :) Take your time getting ready and arrive prepared to have fun 😎

    Don't forget snacks, an extra change of clothes, and favorite toys for younger children 🧸

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time to allow time to park and begin your session on time 📸

    If you purchased a 15 - 20 Image Gallery:

    You will receive a proofing link within 1 week of your session!

    Select your favorite 15 images to be retouched, then send me an email to let me know you are done! ✨

    Your final gallery will be returned within 2 weeks from your email confirmation!

    If you purchased a 30+ Image Gallery:

    Your preview images will be available to download, print, and share within 1 week of your session!!

    Your remaining gallery images will be retouched and completed within 2 weeks of receiving your previews 🌻

  • DO YOU RETOUCH?

    As gently and naturally as possible 🎨

    It’s my golden rule.

    I remove bruises, clothing lines, cuts and makeup mishaps. I will clean up fly aways within reason. I do not remove tattoos, body rolls, stretch marks, or nip and tuck you away. Why?

    Because those are all signs that you are human. I will always respect and honor your insecurities, but I won’t confirm them. The best traits cannot be erased.

  • LATE POLICY

    What if I’m late?! Unfortunately, if you are late to a mini session, I cannot guarantee time to fit your family in. We will use whatever time is left of your session, if there is still time remaining. Because these sessions are time sensitive, I ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to park, find the location and get everyone situated.

    If your session starts at 2 pm, you must be ready to begin at 2 pm.

  • RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS

    Because Mini Sessions are offered at a special rate on specific days, Mini Sessions are non-refundable.

    You may reschedule for a different series (pending open availability) or transfer your payment to a full session one time. Additional fees may apply.

    In the case of inclement weather, I will inform everyone of the cancellation and begin planning a reschedule. If you are not able to make the newly scheduled date, your deposit will be transferred to your next mini session of choice.

  • FINAL PAYMENT

    Please have your final payment completed 1 week before your Session!

    If you have any questions or are not sure where to locate your payment timeline, please contact me. You will receive automated reminders each time a payment is due.

  • WHAT'S NEXT?
